ADOPTION PROCESS
STEP ONE: REACH OUT
Before our journey starts, I like to get acquainted with potential new members of the Executive Order family. Please fill out the initial application for a puppy which is found in our contact tab. If approved, we will schedule a phone interview to review your lifestyle and goals with your new friend. The phone interview takes roughly 20 minutes.
STEP 2: DEPOSIT
I have multiple platforms that we accept deposits through: Good Dog, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. Once the deposit is received, I will send the puppy contract to your email.
STEP 3: WAIT LIST
Once deposit and contract is received, you will be placed on the waitlist. The waitlist will receive group photos at birth - 6 weeks old.
STEP 4: SELECTION DAY
When the litter turns 6 weeks old, they will receive third party temperament and conformation evaluations. The results will be sent out to all individuals who have deposits. We will schedule a video chat or in-house visit on pick day at the specified time. We will go over puppy matches that are appropriate for your goals, lifestyle, and personal preferences. From 6 weeks until home going, you will receive updates, pictures, videos, and option of video chatting with your puppy.
STEP 5: TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS
I offer several transportation arrangement to fit your needs and budget. I will be happy to assist you in finding a long distance option if needed. We are willing to meet in Wichita or driving up to 2 hours at no additional cost.
STEP 6: GO HOME DAY
My favorite day! On this day, it is important to provide a safe and calm environment while transporting. You will receive a copy of all paper work, AKC registration information, health certificate, goody bag, and transition food.
