1. Non-Refundable Deposit Clause
All deposits placed to reserve a puppy or hold a waitlist position are non-refundable. Deposits serve as a confirmation of your commitment and help cover administrative and opportunity costs.
- Deposits may be transferred to a future litter if a suitable puppy is not available or in the case of natural death (see Section 2).
- Failure to complete the purchase, respond to communications, or meet agreed timelines will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Natural Death Clause (Transferable)
If a reserved puppy dies of natural causes before transfer of ownership:
- You will be notified promptly and provided veterinary documentation.
- The deposit will transfer to another puppy in a current or future litter of equal or greater value.
- No refunds will be issued for natural death.
Once the puppy has left our facility, we are no longer liable for health, injury, or death.
3. Mutual Non-Disparagement Agreement
Both parties agree to refrain from making negative or damaging public statements about one another, including:
- Social media posts, reviews, discussion forums, or private messages that could harm reputation.
- Breach of this clause may result in legal action and financial damages.
4. Right to Refuse Sale
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale at any time, including after deposit, if:
- We believe the buyer is not a suitable match.
- The buyer has been dishonest, hostile, or otherwise problematic.

If refusal is based on a buyer’s behavior or breach of policy, deposit will be forfeited.
5. Suitability Disclaimer
We do our best to match puppies based on temperament and buyer preferences, but no guarantees are made regarding:
- Size, conformation, training potential, personality, or show/work ability.
- Outcome is influenced heavily by buyer’s environment and follow-through.
6. Rehoming & Relinquishment Policy
Buyers may not rehome, surrender, or sell the puppy without notifying us.
- We retain first right of refusal.
- Unauthorized rehoming or surrender will result in a $10,000 penalty, legal costs, and recovery efforts.
7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All communication, contracts, pricing, and related documentation are confidential.
- Sharing screenshots, pricing, or private messages is prohibited.
- Breach of confidentiality is grounds for legal recourse and forfeiture of future services.
8. No Chargebacks or Disputes
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
- All payments are final.
- Any attempt to reverse payment will result in legal fees, contract cancellation, and possible forfeiture of ownership rights.
9. Content & Intellectual Property Protection
All content on this website is owned by [Your Kennel Name]. This includes:
- Photos, videos, logos, blog posts, training content, and educational materials.
- Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Photo/Video Use Consent
By purchasing a puppy, you agree that we may use updates, photos, or videos you submit or publicly post for:
- Educational use
- Testimonials
- Promotional content (social media, website, print)
You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
11. Governing Law
