Executive Order Doberman Kennel is a brand name used by the Thomas Family under EO Kennel LLC. We are a collection of family members, each of whom raises and cares for dogs on separate premises.

Each breeder is solely responsible for their own dogs, litters, sales, and contracts. Payments, health records, and transfers are handled directly between the buyer and the individual breeder.

Katherine Thomas acts as the marketing head and coordinator for the Executive Order brand, helping connect potential buyers with the correct breeder. Katherine Thomas does not personally own or produce all dogs advertised and her role is limited to coordination and marketing.
